Selecting the desired table

The tables are listed in the table of contents. By clicking the left bottom first the respective chapter, than the desired table has to be selected. (By highlighting the serial numbers and the titles of the tables the selection is facilitated.) The titles of the tables referring to subordinated tables/titles are in half-tones, in these cases only the subordinated tables/titles (those with a higher density) can be selected.

Choosing another table

After clicking either on the hands below the tables or the indication Back a return to the list of tables is possible and the selection procedure can start again. To return to the list of contents – aimed at choosing a different chapter – the clicking on the hands or to the indication List of contents shown below the list of tables is required.

Tables on several pages

A great part of the tables are larger than the screen of the monitor. The titles and the heads of the tables are fixed, the vertical rolling affects only the denomination of the rows and the body of the tables. In case of tables with double or multiple width – where on the upper right is an indication of the total number of pages and the number of the actual page – horizontal rolling (back or forward) by clicking to the hands on the sides of the titles of the tables is possible. The actual screen always shows the denominations of the rows, and in some cases – for facilitating the evaluation of the data – the column "Total" too.

Exporting the tables

It is possible to export/copy the tables into Microsoft Excel, Corel Quattro Pro or any other spreadsheet programs. This requires a click to the icon "Exporting table", which opens the entire table – even those being larger than the normal screen – in a new window. Then with the help of the mouse either the desired (part of the) table, or with the function Edit > Select all, the table as a whole is selected. The selected part can be exported with the function Edit > Copy, then to import into the spreadsheet program with the function Edit > Paste. After the procedure it is advised to close the windows.
